Refund Policy

Please note, a return request can be made during the 30 days following delivery. Both defective and non-defective items qualify, and exchanges are available as well. Non-defective reasons include ordering the wrong product, personal preference and a change of mind. We accept only new and unused goods in original condition, retaining their original package, labels and accompanying accessories.

Please note, start by contacting us with the order number, the email entered at checkout and the problem or reason. Damage, defects, mis-shipped goods, missing accessories or a material difference from the description should be documented with photos or video of the item and packaging. Wait for authorization before posting any goods to us.

Please note, returns travel by mail with the free return label supplied inside the original parcel. We do not apply a restocking fee. Use the approved mailing instructions; exchange choices depend on stock at that time. After approval, a refund is processed within 10 days to the payment method used for the purchase. The financial provider controls when the resulting credit becomes visible.
